How can I obtain a price quote for the engine I need?
To obtain a price quote for the engine you are interested in you may contact us via telephone or E-mail. Need an answer quickly? No problem, call us at our toll free number, (866) 678-8955.
How long does it take to order and receive an engine?
A1 Engines has 7 strategically placed distribution centers across the United States. This gives us the ability to provide fast delivery throughout the continental United States. In most instances, we can get your A1 Engines delivered to you in 2-5 working days.
What about core charges?
Rarely do we require a core fee for used engines. On most rebuilt motors, there is a small charge, which is refundable when your core is received and determined to be rebuild able.
How will the warranty be handled if I have a problem?
In the unlikely event that you encounter a problem with your A1 Engines, we have a team of technical support personnel to help get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Our warranty administrators will work with you or your technician to determine if the problem is an engine defect. If the problem is with the motor, A1 Engines will provide replacement parts (or reimburse you for them).
How can I pay A-1 Engines? Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we do accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. We accept cashier checks as well. If you choose to pay with a credit card, we will fax you a Credit Card Verification Form to fill out and fax back to us.
